Event Description

Being social and participating in activities is essential for overall well-being. Join us for a diverse range of weekly center-based activities designed to keep you involved and entertained. Our offerings include Gentle Chair-based Exercise, singing and craft sessions, and social discussions. Additionally, we have plenty of fun-filled options like Bingo, quizzes, word games, trivia, and more. Furthermore, we offer Meditation, Tai Chi exercises, indoor sports activities, and games such as bowling, soccer, and many others. Come be a part of our vibrant community and enrich your well-being with us!

Cost

The program can be funded through your NDIS plan, My Aged Care, Home Care Package (HCP), the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or privately funded.  
 
There is a $5 co-payment for refreshments.
